Pricing

Bub & Bloom – Elaine Smallwood reserve the right to change any price at which we offer goods or services and to correct any errors in the pricing contained in our website, brochure or in a quote to you. We shall have no liability for any such changes or errors and are not bound to fulfill services at old or erroneous prices.

Cancellation Policy

Depending on the circumstances surrounding the need to cancel or reschedule it is necessary that appropriate communication be given to Elaine Smallwood.

For a Bub & Bloom class, a full payment of $580 AUD is required to secure your position in the class.

For a Bub & Bloom Refresher class, a full payment of $220 AUD is required to secure your position in the class.

• If you do not attend, no refund will be given.
• If 1 week or less notice of cancellation is given 25% of the payment will be reimbursed as a partial refund via the online payment system used for purchase.
• If greater than 1 week – 4 weeks notice is given 50% of the payment will be reimbursed as a partial refund via the online payment system used for purchase.
• If greater than 1 month notice is given the amount $50 AUD will be deducted from the amount paid and the remainder reimbursed as a partial refund via the online payment system used for your purchase.

The amount withheld covers costs of bank and administration charges incurred with cancellation and administrators to amend the booking.  Please take every care to attend to the course on the day you are booked in. I respect difficult circumstances can arise and will extend kindness and assistance wherever possible to enable you to attend.

Bub & Bloom will ensure you have a confirmation email, including directions when registering for a class. A reminder email will be sent one week prior to the class. A reminder email will be sent 48 hours prior to the class. It is solely your responsibility to remember your course dates and details and to follow up on any concerns or queries.
