JEMMA WILLIAMS

Jemma is a pelvic floor physiotherapist living and working on the Mornington Peninsula. She graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2014 and completed her postgraduate studies in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation from the University of Melbourne in 2017.

She have always had a passion for treating pelvic floor conditions and have been fortunate to have worked within the public and private sectors, continuing to learn and develop her skills as a pelvic floor clinician. Jemma’s clinical approach is ensuring high quality and evidence-based practice for my clients, making sure they feel comfortable and safe as I support them to achieve their goals.

Jemma loves treating and journeying with her clients through all aspects of pelvic floor physiotherapy, including bladder and bowel conditions, recovery following surgery, pre-and post-pregnancy, and has a special interest in sexual pain and persistent pelvic pain.

She believes in developing good relationships with everyone that walks through the door in order to help them achieve their goals.

Her support and friendly rapport ensures that you feel comfortable and empowered in your pelvic health journey. her aim is to educate and empower those around her to be more aware of pelvic health conditions and increase people’s awareness on how to improve their quality of life.

Outside of being a physiotherapist, Jemma loves spending time outdoors, especially hiking and bushwalking, spending time with family and friends, and continuing to develop her amateur cooking skills. She has a fur-baby, Bailey, who also keeps her very busy.
